JUDr. Jan Szewczyk graduated from the Charles University Law Faculty in Prague in 1995. From 1995 to 1996 JUDr. Szewczyk represented the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic as a lawyer of the Military Firm for Legal Representation where he specialized in civil law and labour law.
Until 2006 JUDr. Szewczyk worked as a Police Commissioner and a Police Counsellor at various departments of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Criminal Police and finally, at specialized department within the Police Presidium, where he dealt with investigation of the most serious economic and organized criminal activities.
Since 2006 JUDr. Szewczyk has worked as an attorney. As an attorney, JUDr. Szewczyk deals mostly with criminal law, business law, civil law, administrative law and alien law as well as with the issues pertaining to legal enforcement of claims. JUDr. Szewczyk provides legal services in Czech and Russian.
Mgr. Bc. Daniel Štrbák graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies Daniel spent a year in Portugal, where he got acquainted with the local forms of arbitration. Furthermore, Daniel also gained experience working as an intern at the Embassy of the Czech republic in Lisbon.
Daniel joined the JSAK team in 2020. At the moment, Daniel mainly deals with civil, insolvency and real estate law, nontheless he also specialized in labor and private international law earlier in his career. Daniel provides services in Czech, English and Portuguese.
Mgr. Petra Špačková graduated from the Masaryk University Law Faculty in Brno in 2013. In 2012 Petra spent half a year in Slovenia as a foreign student where she focused on selected topics of international private and public law. After gaining necessary experience working as a legal training in the law firm JSAK from 2015 to 2017, she successfully passed the Bar Exams.
Petra specializes in civil law, especially in real estate transfers, in business law and insolvency law and last, but not least in family law and criminal law.
Petra provides legal services in Czech and English.
JUDr. Bc. Julie Szewczyková graduated from the Charles University Law Faculty in Prague in 2018. Nowadays she broadens her education level by means of studying a master degree programme at the Faculty of International Relationships of the University of Economics, specializing in Law and business and secondarily in Personal management. She decided to further pursue her studies after she had earned her bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics of the above-mentioned university.
Over the course of her studies Julie practiced law as a legal assistant in leading law firm and since 2018 she has performed her professional training in the law firm JSAK. In the framework of her professional training Julie cooperates with all attorneys and associates of the law firm JSAK in the areas of civil law, business law, criminal law and administrative law. Julie provides legal services in Czech and as a native speaker also in Russian.
Mgr. Petra Peřinková graduated from Charles University in Prague Law Faculty in 2019. During university studies Petra completed a six-month Erasmus + study stay at the University of Helsinki in Finland, focusing on international criminal law, public international law and European Union law.
Since 2015, Petra has worked as a paralegal in a renowned law firm, where after graduating from university she started working as a legal trainee focusing on civil law, commercial law, administrative law, and public procurement. Currently Petra cooperates as a legal trainee with attorneys and legal trainees of the Law Office JUDr. Jan Szewczyk in the field of civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law. She provides legal services in Czech and English.
Mgr. Jana Kaiserová works as an Office Manager at the law firm JSAK. Jana graduated from Higher School of Tourism in 2002, later on she earned bachelor's degree from the University of Pardubice Faculty of Arts and Philosophy and afterwards she received her master's degree from the Charles University Faculty of Humanities in Prague. Before joining the team of the law firm JSAK Jana worked as a Head of Technical Department of private university and from the position she managed the operation of university.
At the law firm JSAK Jana takes care of all administrative, personal and day-to-day operational agenda.
