JUDr. Jan Szewczyk graduated from the Charles University Law Faculty in Prague in 1995. From 1995 to 1996 JUDr. Szewczyk represented the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic as a lawyer of the Military Firm for Legal Representation where he specialized in civil law and labour law.
Until 2006 JUDr. Szewczyk worked as a Police Commissioner and a Police Counsellor at various departments of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Criminal Police and finally, at specialized department within the Police Presidium, where he dealt with investigation of the most serious economic and organized criminal activities.
Since 2006 JUDr. Szewczyk has worked as an attorney. As an attorney, JUDr. Szewczyk deals mostly with criminal law, business law, civil law, administrative law and alien law as well as with the issues pertaining to legal enforcement of claims. JUDr. Szewczyk provides legal services in Czech and Russian.
Mgr. Petra Somorová graduated from the Masaryk University Law Faculty in Brno in 2013. In 2012 Petra spent half a year in Slovenia as a foreign student where she focused on selected topics of international private and public law. After gaining necessary experience working as a legal training in the law firm JSAK from 2015 to 2017, she successfully passed the Bar Exams.
Petra specializes in civil law, especially in real estate transfers, in business law and insolvency law and last, but not least in family law and criminal law.

Mgr. Karolína Coufalíková graduated from the Masaryk University Law Faculty in Brno in 2018. In 2018–2022, Karolína practiced as a paralegal in a law offices in Zlín and in Prague, focusing on general law practice. At 2022 Karolína successfully passed the Bar Exams and than she carried out independent law practice focusing on criminal, civil and family law. Karolína currently cooperates with the law office of JUDr. Jan Szewczyk.

In 2018, Julie became the laureate of the Rand Foundation prize for her diploma thesis devoted to the economic and legal analysis of Bitcoin. Julie further expanded her education at the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, where in 2020 she graduated from a master's program with a focus on Law and Business with a minor in Personnel Management.
Over the course of her studies Julie practiced law as a legal assistant in leading law firm and since 2018 she has performed her professional training in the law firm JSAK, which she completed in 2022 by successfully passing the bar exams. In the framework of her professional practice Julie cooperates with all attorneys and associates of the law firm JSAK in the areas of civil law, business law, criminal law and administrative law. Mgr. Bc. Dan Sabó, DiS., LL.M. successfully passed his qualifying exams in 2014 after graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Master’s in Law) and completing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. He then obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Commercial Law.
From 2014 to 2022, he worked as a judicial enforcement officer candidate at enforcement offices in Pilsen and Prague, focusing on procedural law and the enforcement of court decisions. At the turn of 2022/2023, he became an attorney at a prestigious law firm on Pařížská Street in Prague, where he primarily provided legal services in civil, labor, family, and commercial law, and expanded his experience with a broad corporate law agenda.
Dan currently collaborates with the law firm of JUDr. Jan Szewczyk, offering legal services in Czech and German. He specializes in an individualized approach to each client, aiming to find effective, long-term solutions at every stage of legal representation.
Mgr. Petra Chejlavová graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2020. In 2020–2024, Petra practiced as a paralegal in two law offices in Prague, focusing on general law practice. At 2024 Petra successfully passed the Bar Exams. Mgr. Tomáš Kupský graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2022. He wrote his master thesis at the Department of Civil Law. The focus of the thesis was the conduct of legal persons, with an emphasis on the due care of a prudent businessman in the context of the corporate management of a company.
During his studies, Tomáš was already preparing to work in the legal profession, and immediately after passing the state final exam he started working as a legal trainee.
